Mushroom Saute
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil, Divided
- 3-1/2 ounces, weight Shiitake Mushrooms, Sliced
- 4 ounces, weight Oyster Mushrooms, Sliced
- 8 ounces, weight Baby Bella Mushrooms, Sliced
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1/4 teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
- Gluten-free Soy Sauce Or Tamari, To Taste
- Heat 1 teaspoon olive oil in a saute pan. Add sliced shiitake and cook for a few minutes. Remove.
- In same pan, heat 1 teaspoon olive oil and add oyster mushrooms. Cook for a few minutes. Remove.
- In the same pan, heat the remaining 1 teaspoon olive oil and add baby bella mushrooms. Cook, stirring occasionally 4-5 minutes, then add garlic and reserved mushrooms. Cook for a few minutes, tossing occasionally.
- Add red pepper flakes and soy sauce. Mix. Serve as a side dish or appetizer.
