Butterfinger Macadamia Nut Cookies
- 2 whole Eggs
- 3/4 cups Brown Sugar
- 3/4 cups Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 3 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoons Sea Salt
- 1 cup Butter
- 1 cup Butterfinger Baking Bits
- 3/4 cups Macadamia Nut Pieces
- Heat oven to 350u0b0F.
- Combine eggs, sugars and vanilla in large mixing bowl. Beat until smooth.
- Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a smaller bowl. Stir into egg mixture; dough will be stiff. Stir in Butterfinger bits and macadamia nut pieces.
- Drop by rounded tablespoons 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350u0b0F for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes and transfer to wire rack.
- Makes 36 large cookies.
