Butterfinger Macadamia Nut Cookies

  1. Heat oven to 350u0b0F.
  2. Combine eggs, sugars and vanilla in large mixing bowl. Beat until smooth.
  3. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a smaller bowl. Stir into egg mixture; dough will be stiff. Stir in Butterfinger bits and macadamia nut pieces.
  4. Drop by rounded tablespoons 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350u0b0F for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes and transfer to wire rack.
  5. Makes 36 large cookies.
