Cherry Coconut Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 375u0b0F.
  2. In a large bowl sift flours, baking powder and salt together.
  3. In another bowl mix yogurt, eggs and milk.
  4. Mix the wet and dry together slowly and stir until blended. Now add the coconut and cherries and mix lightly.
  5. Pour into muffin tins and place in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes. You could put sugar sprinkles on some or all. It just makes them sparkle.
  6. Remove and let cool on a wire rack.
