Granola With Almonds, Walnuts, Cranberries And Goji Berries
- 2 cups Jumbo Rolled Oats
- 1 cup Almonds, Crushed
- 1 cup Walnuts, Crushed
- 1/2 cups Cranberries (dried And Cut In Half)
- 2 Tablespoons Goji Berries
- 2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
- 1/4 teaspoons Vanilla Powder
- 1 dash Sea Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
- Preheat oven to 300u0b0F (150u0b0C).
- Mix oats, nuts, and berries in a big bowl.
- Mix coconut oil, vanilla, salt and maple syrup in a small cup. Add the liquid mixture to the oats and mix with your hands until evenly spread.
- Put baking paper on a baking sheet before scattering granola on it. Toast granola for about 10 minutes in the oven.
- Completely cool down before transfering to a storage container.
