Granola With Almonds, Walnuts, Cranberries And Goji Berries

  1. Preheat oven to 300u0b0F (150u0b0C).
  2. Mix oats, nuts, and berries in a big bowl.
  3. Mix coconut oil, vanilla, salt and maple syrup in a small cup. Add the liquid mixture to the oats and mix with your hands until evenly spread.
  4. Put baking paper on a baking sheet before scattering granola on it. Toast granola for about 10 minutes in the oven.
  5. Completely cool down before transfering to a storage container.
