Mexican Spaghetti Soup

  1. 1. Follow directions on package for noodles. Once noodles are done, drain water and place them back into pan.
  2. 2. Add the water, tomato sauce, Mexican oregano, marjoram, cumin, cayenne pepper, chicken powder to noodles. Stir to combine. Heat on medium heat until warm, about 5-8 minutes. Remove from heat.
  3. 3. Dish noodles and some sauce into each bowl. Top with 1 tablespoon sour cream and 1/2 tablespoon cojita cheese. Stir together and enjoy with tortillas.
