Mexican Spaghetti Soup
- 1/2 pounds Un-cooked Spaghetti Noodles
- 2 cups Water
- 1 can 16 Oz Tomato Sauce
- 1/8 teaspoons Mexican Oregano
- 1/8 Tablespoons Marjoram
- 1/8 teaspoons Cumin
- 1/8 Tablespoons Ground Cayenne Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Chicken Bouillon Powder
- 6 Tablespoons Sour Cream
- 3 Tablespoons Cojita Cheese
- 1. Follow directions on package for noodles. Once noodles are done, drain water and place them back into pan.
- 2. Add the water, tomato sauce, Mexican oregano, marjoram, cumin, cayenne pepper, chicken powder to noodles. Stir to combine. Heat on medium heat until warm, about 5-8 minutes. Remove from heat.
- 3. Dish noodles and some sauce into each bowl. Top with 1 tablespoon sour cream and 1/2 tablespoon cojita cheese. Stir together and enjoy with tortillas.
