Halloween Cookie Bars

  1. Combine the first six ingredients (Bisquick through vanilla) in a large mixing bowl. Mix until well blended. Add the butterscotch chips and mix to combine. Pat into a greased 8x8 pan and bake at 350F for twenty five to thirty minutes. Remove from oven.
  2. Sprinkle the top with candy corns. Return to oven, watching carefully, for two to three minutes, just to allow the candy corn to warm enough to stick. Watch carefully to make sure that the candy corn doesn't totally melt. Remove from oven, let cool and add sprinkles. When completely cool cut into bars.
