Nana’S Marinated Salad

  1. In a large serving bowl, combine together the canned vegetables and fresh vegetables, draining all the cans. Mix salt, oil, sugar, vinegar, and black pepper in a separate bowl for the dressing. Once it is mixed well, coat the vegetables with the dressing; mix and marinate overnight. Drain excess liquid before serving and serve cold.
