Nana’S No Butter Banana Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0F.
  2. Beat the oil and brown sugar until smooth with no lumps. Add the eggs and bananas. Beat well; there will be some lumps. Add flour, baking soda, salt, milk, and vanilla. Beat until combined, batter will be thin. Stir in nuts if desired. Pour into a greased loaf pan and sprinkle the top with nutmeg and cinnamon.
  3. Cook time depends on your oven but is usually around 55 minutes. Bread is done when an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Let cool and enjoy!
