Quiche Lorraine

  1. Sprinkle bacon and onion over bottom of pie crust.
  2. Add half the ham, then half the cheese.
  3. Then rest of ham and rest of cheese
  4. on top of that.
  5. Beat eggs and mustard, slowly add the hot cream, stirring constantly.
  6. Pour this over the top of cheese. Let
  7. standt0 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle top with nutmeg and bakett 350u0b0.
  9. Test
  10. after 25 minutes with toothpick.
  11. Total time to bake, 45 minutes.
  12. Cool slightly, cut into slices.
