Neapolitan Milkshake
- FOR THE BANANA LAYER:
- 60 milliliters Dairy Free Milk
- 1 Frozen Banana
- FOR THE CHOCOLATE LAYER:
- 60 milliliters Dairy Free Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Dairy Free Natural Yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon Cocoa Powder
- 1 teaspoon Honey Or Maple Syrup
- FOR THE STRAWBERRY LAYER:
- 60 milliliters Dairy Free Milk
- 3 Tablespoons Frozen Strawberries
- Place banana and milk in a blender, blitz until smooth. Pour into a glass and place in the freezer for 10 minutes.
- Place the ingredients for the chocolate layer in a blender, blitz until smooth. Carefully pour on top of the banana layer and return to the freezer for 10 minutes.
- Blend together the milk and strawberries. Pour carefully on top of the chocolate layer.
- I topped mine with some whipped coconut cream and a drizzle of dairy free chocolate sauce.
