No-Bake Blackberry Yogurt Pie
- 1 whole 9 Inch Graham Cracker Crust
- 2 Tablespoons Cold Water
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Unflavored Gelatin
- 4 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 3 containers (6 Oz. Size) Blackberry Yogurt
- 1 cup Whipped Topping, Such As Cool Whip, Plus Additional For Topping
- 1 cup Fresh Blackberries
- In a saucepan, add water and lemon juice. Sprinkle in gelatin. Heat on low until dissolved. Let it cool for about 5 minutes
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add yogurt. Pour in gelatin mixture. Beat until combined. Fold in whipped topping.
- Spoon evenly into pie crust. If desired, top with additional whipped topping. Garnish with fresh blackberries.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
