No Bake Nutella Peanut Butter Bars With Sea Salt
- FOR THE CRUST:
- 2 cups Confectioners Sugar
- 3/4 cups Peanut Butter
- 2/3 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
- FOR THE TOPPING:
- 2/3 cups Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1/4 cups Peanut Butter
- 1/3 cups Nutella
- 2 Tablespoons Butter, Softened
- 1 teaspoon Flaky Sea Salt, Or To Taste
- Line a 9-inch square pan with foil, allowing the foil to overhang on all four sides. Butter the foil and set the pan aside.
- In a large bowl combine all of the crust ingredients. Spread into the prepared pan.
- For the topping, combine chocolate chips, peanut butter, Nutella and butter in a microwave safe bowl. Meat until melted and smooth.
- Spread over the graham cracker layer. Sprinkle sea salt over top.
- Refrigerate until cool.
- Using the foil, lift out of the pan, then slice into bars. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer.
