Easy Breakfast Casserole
- 1 bag (about 40 Oz. Or 1kg Size) Hashbrowns
- 1/2 whole Onion, Chopped
- 1 pound Bacon, Fried And Crumbled
- 1-1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 8 whole Large Eggs
- 1-1/4 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons Dry Mustard
- Preheat oven to 325u0b0F.
- In a greased 9x13 pan, layer hashbrowns, onion, bacon, and cheese. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, milk, and seasonings. Pour over casserole.
- Cover and bake 60 minutes. Uncover and bake 10-15 minutes longer. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
- Alternative recipe: Make a half recipe in a cast iron skillet. Preheat the skillet and fry the hashbrowns and onion in a little oil. Assemble casserole, cover, and bake 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 5 minutes longer.
