No-Churn Salted Caramel Chocolate Chunk Ice Cream

  1. In a large bowl, whip heavy cream with a hand mixer or stand mixer with fitted paddle attachment until stiff peaks form, about 3-4 minutes. Set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk sweetened condensed milk, caramel sauce, and vanilla bean paste. Gently fold caramel mixture into whipped cream until just combined, followed by chocolate chunks.
  3. Pour mixture into a freezer safe container (I used a 9x5 inch loaf pan). Drizzle more caramel sauce on top and gently swirl with a knife. Sprinkle addition chocolate chunks on top, if desired.
  4. Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm. Enjoy!
