Cherry Balsamic Pasta Salad

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and immediately rinse under cold water.
  2. Add noodles to large bowl, along with olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, and garlic powder. Toss to coat.
  3. Add cherries, red onion, feta cheese, salt and pepper. Stir together. Add more white balsamic vinegar and/or salt and pepper, if needed. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
