Noodles With Tomato, Spinach And Walnuts
- 7 ounces, weight Spaghetti
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 pound Tomato, Diced
- 10 ounces, weight Spinach, Chopped
- 1/2 Tablespoons Dried Basil
- 1/2 Tablespoons Dried Rosemary
- 1/2 Tablespoons Dried Thyme
- 1/2 Tablespoons Sea Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper, Ground
- 1 cup Walnuts (crushed And Roasted)
- Preheat a big pot of water for the spaghetti and boil until al dente.
- Use a big skillet and fry garlic with olive oil for about 1 minute. Add tomatoes and continue cooking for 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes, add spinach and simmer for another 5-7 minutes. Add the herbs, salt and pepper.
- Add some sauce to the noodles and sprinkle some walnuts on top.
