Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Berry Cheesecake Bars
- 1 package (32 Oz. Package) Refrigerated Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
- 1-1/2 cup Quick Cooking Oats
- 1-1/2 package (8 Oz. Package) Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1 whole Egg, Beaten
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 can (21 Oz. Can) Pie Filling (I Normally Use Cherry Or Blueberry)
- Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a 13x9" pan. In a large bowl, combine refrigerated cookie dough and oats. Press 2/3 of the dough into the pan. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the crust is set. Remove from the oven. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, egg and vanilla. Carefully spread cream cheese mixture on top of the cookie crust. Top with pie filling. Drop pieces of the remaining cookie dough on top of the pie filling. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cookie topping is slightly brown. Cool completely and refrigerate until ready to serve.
