Vegetable Cheese Chowder

  1. In large pan, combine boiling water with bouillon cubes.
  2. Then add vegetables and butter.
  3. Bring to boil; reduce and simmer until vegetables are tender.
  4. Combine milk and flour in blender until smooth.
  5. Add to cooked vegetables and cook 3 minutes.
  6. Add cheese, stirring until melted.
  7. Add parsley and pepper.
  8. Serves 4.
