Chocolate Chip Banana Bread
- 110 grams Dairy Free Spread
- 110 grams Caster Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 3 Large Ripe Bananas
- 175 grams Gluten Free Self Raising Flour
- 50 grams Ground Almonds
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 100 grams Dairy Free Dark Chocolate, Roughly Chopped
- Preheat oven to 180u0b0C (355u0b0F).
- Cream the dairy-free spread and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add eggs, beating well between each addition.
- Mash bananas and add to the mixing bowl. Add the dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in chocolate chips
- Line a 1-pound loaf tin with baking parchment or grease it well. Transfer batter to tin and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Remove from the tin and leave to cool on a rack for 1 hour before slicing.
