Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 180u0b0C (355u0b0F).
  2. Cream the dairy-free spread and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add eggs, beating well between each addition.
  3. Mash bananas and add to the mixing bowl. Add the dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in chocolate chips
  4. Line a 1-pound loaf tin with baking parchment or grease it well. Transfer batter to tin and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Remove from the tin and leave to cool on a rack for 1 hour before slicing.
