One Bowl Chocolate Chip Banana Bread
- 3 Very Ripe Bananas
- 1/3 cups Melted Butter
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 3/4 cups Granulated Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1-1/2 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1/3 cups Mini Chocolate Chips
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F. Grease a 4x8-inch loaf pan. I usually use nonstick spray.
- In a mixing bowl, mash ripe bananas with a fork until smooth. Stir in melted butter. Mix in baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Next, stir in sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix in flour 1/2 cup at a time. Add mini chocolate chips (or more!) to batter.
- Pour batter into greased loaf pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes. Test bread with a toothpick inserted into the center-if it comes out clean, it's ready to be taken out. Remove from oven and cool completely before serving. Be sure to use a serrated knife to cut clean slices.
