Momma’S Taco Soup
- 1 pound Ground Beef, Browned And Drained
- 2 cans (14 1/2 Oz. Size) Diced Tomatoes
- 1 can (10 Oz. Size) Rotel Tomatoes With Green Chilies
- 1 can (15 1/4 Oz. Size) Whole Kernel Corn
- 1 can (15 1/2 Oz. Size) Red Beans
- 1 can (15 1/2 Oz. Size) Navy Beans
- 1 can (15 1/2 Oz. Size) Black Beans
- 1 envelope (1 Oz. Size) Taco Seasoning
- 1 envelope (1 Oz. Size) Ranch Dressing Seasoning
- In a large pot, combine ground beef, diced tomatoes, Rotel, corn, beans, taco seasoning, and ranch dressing packet. Do not drain any of the canned goods.
- Bring soup to a boil over medium to medium-high heat. Once boiling, simmer soup for 30 minutes.
- Serve with shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, green onions, and/or tortilla or corn chips.
- If making in a slow cooker, combine all of the ingredients and heat on low for 3-4 hours.
