Baked Onions In Wine Mushroom Sauce

  1. In a heavy frying pan, saute onion until soft in olive oil. Add garlic and saute a few more minutes.
  2. Add spices and chili pepper.
  3. Add beans.
  4. Mash with potato masher or the back of a wooden spoon until desired consistency is reached.
  5. May be pureed in a blender if desired.
