Peaches 'N Cream Cheesecake

  1. Combine flour, salt, baking powder, pudding mix, margarine egg and milk.
  2. Beat at medium speed for 3 minutes.
  3. Pour into lightly greased 9-inch pie plate.
  4. Top with sliced peaches.
  5. Drain and reserve syrup.
  6. Next combine cream cheese, syrup and sugar.
  7. Beat for 2 minutes at medium speed.
  8. Spread on top of fruit, leaving 1-inch margarine around edge.
  9. Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mixture on top.
  10. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
  11. Cool completely and refrigerate.
