Baked Mostaccioli
- 2 c. dry mostaccioli
- 1/2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, finely chopped
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. ground thyme
- 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- Cook
- pasta
- in boiling water per package instructions. Preheat oven
- to
- 300u0b0.
- Saute
- ground
- chuck, onion and green pepper in
- skillet until brown.
- Drain.
- Add tomato sauce, bay leaf, oregano
- andthyme.timmertor 10 to 15 minutes.
- Add 1/2 cup of cheese.
- Stir until melted.told cooked pasta into sauce. Grease
- baking
- dish.
- Pour pasta and sauce into dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
