Hazelnut Banana Bread With Nutella Swirl
- 4 whole Ripe Bananas
- 1/2 cups Melted Butter
- 1/2 cups Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
- 1 whole Egg, Beaten
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 cups Hazelnuts, Chopped
- 1-1/2 cup All-purpose Flour
- 4 Tablespoons Nutella
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- Butter and flour a 4x8 inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mash bananas. Add butter, sugars, egg, and vanilla to the mashed bananas. Next, add the baking soda, salt, and hazelnuts to the mixture and stir. Finally, add the flour and mix till just combined.
- Pour the mixture into the loaf pan.
- Add the four spoonfuls of Nutella on top of the mixture. Place them in a row down the center of the mixture in the pan. With a knife, run the blade through the Nutella spoonfuls to create a swirl effect.
- Place in the oven and bake for 1 hour.
- Cool on a rack.
- Remove from the pan and serve!
