Saturday Noodle Bake
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2/3 c. chopped onion
- 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans condensed tomato soup
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 c. wide noodles
- 1 c. crushed cornflakes
- 1/2 c. melted margarine
- Brown meats in margarine; add onion and cook until tender. Add soup, cream cheese, sugar, Worcestershire sauce and seasonings; simmer for 15 minutes.
- Cook noodles, drain.
- Place noodles in 11 x 7-inch buttered baking dish.
- Pour sauce over noodles.
- Mix cornflakes with melted butter; sprinkle over top. Bake in a 350u0b0 oven for 20 minutes.
