Bread Machine Cinnamon Rolls
- FOR THE BREAD MACHINE DOUGH:
- 1 cup Warm Milk (110 Degrees)
- 2 whole Eggs, Room Temperature
- 1/3 cups Margarine Or Butter, Melted
- 1/2 cups Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 4-1/2 cups Bread Flour
- 2-1/2 teaspoons Bread Machine Yeast
- FOR THE CINNAMON ROLL FILLING:
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 2-1/2 Tablespoons Cinnamon
- 3 Tablespoons Margarine Or Butter, Melted
- FOR THE ICING:
- 3 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1/4 cups Butter, Softened
- 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1/8 teaspoons Salt
- 1-1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1. Add the dough ingredients to the bread machine per its instructions. (My bread machine has me add all the liquids first, which is pretty much everything. Then add the bread flour on top. Stick a hole in the top of your flour with your finger and fill that with the yeast. Your machine might be different, but that is how mine tells me to make it.) Put machine on the "dough" cycle.
- 2. Rest dough 10 minutes. Roll into a 16"x21" rectangle. For the cinnamon roll filling, mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Brush the melted butter or margarine onto the dough. Sprinkle with the cinnamon mixture and press down. Roll into a log and cut into 12 rolls. Place rolls into a greased 9x13 pan.
- 3. Cover 30 minutes. Bake 400u0b0F for 13 minutes or until it is just turning golden brown.
- 4. For the icing, beat the cream cheese and butter. Add vanilla and salt. Gradually beat in powdered sugar. Ice the rolls.
