Orange White Chocolate Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0F.
  2. Cream together butter and sugar in a mixing bowl and add in the egg. You may use a mixer but I just use a whisk or spoon. Mix in vanilla extract, salt, and baking powder. Stir in flour a half cup at a time, and then mix in chips with orange zest.
  3. Spoon teaspoon size drops of dough onto a nonstick baking sheet. The dough will be a little sticky. Bake for 10-11 minutes.
  4. I baked mine for exactly 10 minutes. Make sure the edges do not brown because that means they are over-baked.
