Oreo Brownie Cookie Bar
- FOR THE COOKIE LAYER:
- 1 stick Unsalted Butter
- 1 whole Egg
- 1 pound Sugar Cookie Mix, Family Size
- FOR THE BROWNIE LAYER:
- 19 ounces, weight Fudge Brownie Mix, Family Size
- 1/4 cups Water
- 1/3 cups Vegetable Oil
- 2 whole Egg
- 8 ounces, weight Hot Fudge, Jar
- 1 package Oreo Cookies (16 Ounce Bag)
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Combine the butter and egg in a large mixing bowl, add cookie mix and stir until combined. Set aside.
- For the brownies, mix together the water, oil, eggs and brownie mix, but also add 1/4 cup of the hot fudge to the batter.
- Line a 9x13 baking dish with wax paper and begin to layer: first layer in all of the cookie dough, then add a layer of whole Oreo cookies, then finally spread on the brownie batter.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until done in the center (test with a toothpick). Heat hot fudge in the microwave until warm and drizzle over the bars to serve.
