Oreo Cream Truffles
- 1 bag (18 Oz. Bag) Oreos
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1/2 Tablespoons Vanilla
- 1 pound White Chocolate
- Sprinkles, To Decorate (optional)
- Place Oreos in a food processor and grind to a fine powder, or place them in a Ziploc bag and crush with a can or rolling pin.
- With a mixer, blend cookie crumbs, cream cheese and vanilla until thoroughly mixed.
- Roll into small balls and and place on wax-lined cookie sheets. Freeze for 45 minutes.
- Line two cookie sheets with wax paper. In a double boiler, melt white chocolate. Dip balls and coat thoroughly. With a fork or slotted spoon, lift balls out of the chocolate and onto the cookie sheets. Add sprinkles on top of the chocolate for a more festive look (optional).
- Freeze for at least two hours before serving.
- Enjoy! And try not to eat too many in one sitting.
