Oreo Cream Truffles

  1. Place Oreos in a food processor and grind to a fine powder, or place them in a Ziploc bag and crush with a can or rolling pin.
  2. With a mixer, blend cookie crumbs, cream cheese and vanilla until thoroughly mixed.
  3. Roll into small balls and and place on wax-lined cookie sheets. Freeze for 45 minutes.
  4. Line two cookie sheets with wax paper. In a double boiler, melt white chocolate. Dip balls and coat thoroughly. With a fork or slotted spoon, lift balls out of the chocolate and onto the cookie sheets. Add sprinkles on top of the chocolate for a more festive look (optional).
  5. Freeze for at least two hours before serving.
  6. Enjoy! And try not to eat too many in one sitting.
