Oreo Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies!
- 2 sticks Butter, Room Temperature
- 3/4 cups Packed Brown Sugar
- 1 cup White Sugar
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 3-1/2 cups Flour
- 2 cups Chocolate Chips
- 1 package (15 Oz. Size) Double Stuffed Oreo Cookies
- 1. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars together until well combined and smooth. Then beat in eggs and vanilla.
- 2. Add salt and baking soda into the wet mix. Slowly (in 1/2 cup increments) add the flour. Beat with a mixer. Then, slowly add in the chocolate chips until just combined.
- 3. With a melon roller/cookie scoop, form small balls with the dough.
- 4. Place one cookie dough ball on each side of one Oreo cookie. Seal the edges of the cookie dough together so that it totally surrounds the Oreo and gently press down (try not to crack the Oreo!!)
- 5. Place onto parchment or a baking mat and repeat until you run out of cookie dough. Bake the cookies for 13-15 minutes at 350 degrees F.
- 6. Cool and enjoy!
- PS: These cookies go REALLY fast! Save one for yourself because while your busy handing out the recipe, these will have already disappeared!!
