Oriental Cole Slaw
- 1 package Shredded Cabbage (14 Oz Bag)
- 1/4 cups Sliced Green Onions
- 2 Tablespoons Sesame Seeds, Toasted
- 6 Tablespoons Oil
- 1/4 cups White Wine Vinegar
- 3 Tablespoons Sugar (use Splenda Or Other Non Calorie Sweetener For A Lighter Touch)
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- Few Dashes Of Black Pepper
- 1 package Ramen Noodle Soup Chicken Flavor (3 0z Bag)
- 1/2 cups Slivered Almonds, Toasted
- Combine cabbage, onion and sesame seeds in a large bowl. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and the flavor packet from the ramen soup package. Mix until sugar is dissolved. Pour this dressing over the cabbage mixture. Refrigerate, covered, for 1-2 hours.
- Just before serving break up the ramen noodles and add them and the almonds to the cabbage mixture. Toss gently.
- Enjoy!
