Oskar’S Bees Cocktail
- FOR THE SYRUP:
- 1/2 ounces, fluid Honey
- 1/2 ounces, fluid Water
- FOR THE COCKTAIL:
- 1 ounce, fluid London Dry Gin
- 1 dash Barrel Aged Orange Bitters
- 1 ounce, fluid Lemon Juice
- 1 ounce, fluid Honey Syrup
- 3/4 ounces, fluid Egg Whites
- Ice, To Fill Cocktail Shaker
- 6 ounces, fluid Oskar Blues Yella Pilsner Beer
- Note for those with sensitivities, this cocktail contains raw egg whites.
- For the honey syrup:
- Combine 1 part honey and 1 part water in a microwave safe glass. Warm in the microwave for about 30 seconds and stir well.
- For the cocktail:
- Combine all ingredients (including honey syrup but excluding the ice and beer) in a cocktail shaker. Shake without ice (dry shake) to incorporate egg whites. Add ice and shake to chill and dilute. Strain into a Collins glass. Top with Oskar Blues "Yella" Pilsner.
