No Bean Chili
- 4 pounds Ground Beef
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Or Coconut Oil
- 1 whole Green Bell Pepper, Chopped
- 1 whole Red Bell Pepper, chopped
- 1 whole Large Yellow Onion, Diced
- 2 cans (10 Oz. Can) Ro*tel Tomatoes
- 2 pints Chili Sauce
- 2 cans (15 Oz. Can) Tomato Sauce
- 1 can (7 Oz. Can) Chopped Green Chilies
- 2 teaspoons Ground Cumin
- 1 Tablespoon Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Oregano
- 1 Tablespoon Ground Black Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Mustard
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
- 1 pinch Salt To Taste
- Brown ground beef in a large skillet. Drain and set aside.
- In a large stockpot, combine olive oil or coconut oil, chopped red bell pepper, green bell pepper and onion. Saute over medium heat for about ten minutes.
- Reduce heat to low and add drained ground beef, Rotel tomatoes, chili sauce, tomato sauce, chopped green chilies, cumin, cocoa powder, chili powder, oregano, pepper, ground mustard and ground cinnamon. Add salt to taste. Mix until all ingredients are combined and raise the heat to medium high and bring to a boil. Reduce and simmer for about two hours.
