Cheesy Moon Bread

  1. Generously grease a 12-inch pizza pan. In large bowl, mix warm water with yeast from hot roll mix; stir until dissolved. Stir in egg, butter and seasonings. Add flour from roll mix, cheese and olives. Stir until well blended.
  2. Cover; let rise in warm place until doubled, 30 to 45 minutes. Knead dough on well floured surface, about 10 strokes. Shape dough onto prepared pizza pan. Cover; let rise in warm place 30 to 45 minutes. Slit top of dough 3 to 4 times. Brush with beaten egg, if desired. Bake at 325u0b0 for 40 to 45 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan.
  3. Cool 5 minutes.
