  1. Combine eggs, mincemeat, condensed
  2. milk,
  3. fruit and nuts. Fold in dry ingredients.
  4. Pour into
  5. pan.
  6. Use
  7. a
  8. 9-inch spring-form
  9. pan, butter it.
  10. Line it with wax paper
  11. and butter again.
  12. Bake at 300u0b0 for 2 hours or until center springs
  13. back when
  14. touched and top is golden. Cool;
  15. turn out.
  16. Remove paper.
