Beef Broccoli Supper
- 3/4 c. uncooked long grain rice
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 1/2 c. fresh broccoli florets
- 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed broccoli cheese soup, undiluted
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt-free seasoning blend
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- Cook rice according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.
- Add the rice, broccoli, soup, milk, seasoning blend, salt and pepper; stir until combined.
- Transfer to a greased 2-quart baking dish.
- Toss bread crumbs and butter; sprinkle over beef mixture.
- Cover and bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
- Uncover; bake 5 to 10 minutes longer or until heated through.
- Serves 4 to 6.
