Holiday Sugar & Spice Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat all ingredients (except buttercream and garnishes) together until smooth. Pour into round greased and floured cake pans (the number of layers you want will determine the size of the cake pans). Bake for around 20 minutes, or until a cake tester comes out clean. Allow to cool completely on wire racks. Refrigerate for at least one hour. (Or freeze until you are ready to use it!)
  2. Beat buttercream ingredients together and spread evenly on the cake surface and between layers. Garnish if desired.
  3. Enjoy!
