Dark Chocolate Chip M&M’S Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. In a large bowl, cream butter, sugar and brown sugar until light and creamy. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl add flours, salt and baking soda. Gradually add the flour mixture into the sugar mixture and beat until combined. Stir in chocolate chips and M&M's.
  4. Drop by well rounded spoonfuls (I used an ice cream scoop) onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake in the preheated oven for 8 - 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Now eat a nice warm cookie out of the oven and don't share the rest! Just kidding!
  6. Makes 50 decent sized cookies. I didn't go small on these. One heaping ice cream scoop per cookie!
