Dark Chocolate Chip M&M’S Cookies
- 1 cup Butter
- 1/2 cups Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1-1/4 cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
- 1 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1-2/3 cup Toll House Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cups Chocolate M&Ms
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- In a large bowl, cream butter, sugar and brown sugar until light and creamy. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a separate bowl add flours, salt and baking soda. Gradually add the flour mixture into the sugar mixture and beat until combined. Stir in chocolate chips and M&M's.
- Drop by well rounded spoonfuls (I used an ice cream scoop) onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake in the preheated oven for 8 - 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Now eat a nice warm cookie out of the oven and don't share the rest! Just kidding!
- Makes 50 decent sized cookies. I didn't go small on these. One heaping ice cream scoop per cookie!
