Strawberry Almond Granola Bars
- 1/2 cups Reduced Fat Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1/3 cups Maple Syrup (you Can Also Use Honey)
- 1 whole Egg
- 2 Tablespoons Canola Oil
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 3-1/2 cups Old Fashioned Oats
- 1/2 cups Packed Brown Sugar
- 3/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1/3 cups Semisweet Chocolate Chips
- 1/4 cups Slivered Almonds
- 1/2 cups Chopped Strawberries
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F.
- In a large bowl, beat the peanut butter, maple syrup, egg, oil, and vanilla until blended. Combine the oats, brown sugar, and salt; add to the peanut butter mixture and mix well. Fold in the chips, almonds, and strawberries.
- Transfer to a 9x13 baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until set and edges are lightly browned. Cool on a wire rack. Cut into bars.
