Paleo Coffee Creamer
- 1/2 cups Water
- 7 whole Pitted Dates
- 1/2 cans (13 1/2 Oz. Size) Organic Coconut Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
- 2 Tablespoons Nutmeg, For Cinnamon Creamer
- 2 Tablespoons Cinnamon, For Cinnamon Creamer
- 2 Tablespoons Cacao Powder, For Chocolate Creamer
- Boil water in sauce pan. Remove water and add into blender with dates. Blend to create a puree.
- Remove puree from blender and use a strainer to strain out date residue. Return puree into blender and add coconut milk and maple syrup.
- The basic coffee creamer is now ready. If making cinnamon creamer, add nutmeg and cinnamon and blend thoroughly. If making chocolate creamer, add cacao powder and blend thoroughly.
- Transfer creamer into a Mason jar. Place lid and refrigerate. Creamer will last one week.
