Blue Cheese Dressing

  1. Turn each head of lettuce over and cut directly through the core and then turn and do it again (should be in 4 pieces).
  2. In a large bowl combine the blue cheese, sour cream, mayo. Worcestershire sauce. vinegar, garlic, milk, salt and pepper. Stir.
  3. Add more salt if needed.
  4. Pour a little bit over each wedge and top with walnuts and crumbled bacon.
