Bacon Popovers
- 6 slices Center-cut Bacon
- 1/2 cups Onion, Chopped
- 1 can (8 Oz. Can) Reduced Fat Crescent Rolls
- 1-1/2 cup Egg Beaters
- 1/2 cups Shredded Cheese (mozzarella Or Cheddar)
- 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1.treheat oven to 375u0b0.
- 2.tpray a muffin tin with non-stick spray.
- 3.try bacon and set aside on paper towels to drain.
- 4.tautee onions in bacon grease.
- 5.tquish the crescent rolls into muffin cups (I used the jumbo size muffin tin and used two rolls each-use one roll each for a regular size muffin tin), and poke a few holes in the bottom of each crescent roll crust.
- 6.thop up the bacon, put the bacon and onions in a bowl, and add Egg Beaters.
- 7.tdd salt and pepper, mix well and pour into the cups.
- 8.tprinkle cheese on top.
- 9.tet the muffin pan on a sheet pan in case there is spillage.
- 10.take for about 35 minutes or until set.
- 11.top out of the muffin pans and place on a plate.
