Bacon Popovers

  1. 1.treheat oven to 375u0b0.
  2. 2.tpray a muffin tin with non-stick spray.
  3. 3.try bacon and set aside on paper towels to drain.
  4. 4.tautee onions in bacon grease.
  5. 5.tquish the crescent rolls into muffin cups (I used the jumbo size muffin tin and used two rolls each-use one roll each for a regular size muffin tin), and poke a few holes in the bottom of each crescent roll crust.
  6. 6.thop up the bacon, put the bacon and onions in a bowl, and add Egg Beaters.
  7. 7.tdd salt and pepper, mix well and pour into the cups.
  8. 8.tprinkle cheese on top.
  9. 9.tet the muffin pan on a sheet pan in case there is spillage.
  10. 10.take for about 35 minutes or until set.
  11. 11.top out of the muffin pans and place on a plate.
