Fig, Walnut, And White Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 1/2 cups Butter, Softened
- 1/4 cups Packed Light Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cups White Sugar
- 1 whole Egg
- 1/4 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1-1/4 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 cups Coarsely Chopped Walnuts
- 1/4 cups Coarsely Chopped Dried Kadota Figs
- 1/2 cups Coarsely Chopped White Chocolate Chips
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar and white sugar until smooth. Beat in the egg, then stir in the vanilla. Set aside.
- Combine the flour, baking soda and salt in a small bowl. Then gradually stir it into the creamed mixture. Mix in the walnuts, figs, and white chocolate chips.
- Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake for 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden brown.
