Chocolate Stuffed Peanut Butter Cookies
- 1/2 cups Butter, Softened
- 3/4 cups Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cups Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 Egg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1-1/4 cup All-pupose Flour
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1 cup Reese's Pieces Candies
- 1/2 cups Chocolate Spread, Such As Nutella
- 1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0F and line baking sheets with parchment.
- 2. In a large bowl, cream butter, sugar and peanut butter together.
- 3. Add in egg and the vanilla and mix a bit more until smooth and combined.
- 4. Meanwhile, in another bowl mix flour, baking soda and salt. Slowly add it to the creamed mixture, mixing until combined.
- 5. Crush up the Reese's Pieces either in a food processor, or in a zip bag with a rolling pin. Stir them into the cookie dough until evenly combined.
- 6. Take about 1 tablespoon of dough and press it flat on the parchment-lined pan. Top with 1/2 - 1 teaspoon of chocolate spread right smack in the middle. With about another tablespoon of dough, top the spread and seal the edges, then press the dough lightly with a fork (you don't want to squish out the chocolate).
- 7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, then remove and let cool for a couple minutes on the pan. Make yourself a hot chocolate or pour yourself a tall glass of milk and dunk away.
