Easy Chocolate Peanut Butter Gooey Butter Cake
- FOR THE CRUST:
- 1 whole Egg, Lightly Beaten
- 1 box Chocolate Cake Mix (18.5 Oz)
- 8 Tablespoons Melted Butter

- FOR THE FILLING:
- 1 block Cream Cheese Softened (8 Oz.)
- 1 cup Smooth Peanut Butter
- 2 whole Eggs
- 8 Tablespoons Melted Butter
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 box Powdered Sugar (16 Oz.)
- To make the crust:
- Combine the cake mix, 1 egg, and 8 tablespoons melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom (and slightly up the sides) of a 9x13 cake pan.
- To make the filling:
- In a stand mixer (or using a hand mixer) combine the cream cheese and peanut butter until well mixed. Add 2 eggs and mix until combined. Next add 8 tablespoons of melted butter and vanilla and mix until combined. Last, add the box of powdered sugar and mix until thoroughly combined.
- Pour the filling on top of the crust and bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
- You want the center to be a little gooey, so don't overbake it.
- Let cool to room temperature and serve!
