Lemon Pudding
- 1 cup All-purpose Flour
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/2 cups White Sugar
- 1 whole Lemon, Zested
- 4 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cups Non-fat Milk
- 1/2 cups White Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cups Lemon Juice (for 1/2 Cup You'll Need About 2 Lemons)
- 1-1/2 cup Boiling Water
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F.
- Combine flour, baking powder, sugar, and lemon zest in a medium bowl. Set aside.
- In another bowl, whisk together butter, vanilla, and milk. Add this into the dry ingredients and mix well. Spread batter into a 9x9 pan prepared with nonstick cooking spray.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips over the batter, then sprinkle brown sugar on top of that.
- Combine lemon juice with boiled water and pour over the top of the cake.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until top of cake is golden brown.
- This dessert loves to be served warm. Using a large spoon, serve a generous portion of cake. There will be sauce hidden underneath, waiting to be drizzled on top!
