Broken Glass Cake

  1. Separately prepare 1 package each, cherry, orange and lime gelatin, using 1 cup cold water with each.
  2. Turn into shallow square dishes.
  3. Refrigerate overnight.
  4. Scald pineapple juice and 1/2 cup sugar.
  5. Prepare 1 envelope unflavored gelatin and 1/4 cup cold water; add to pineapple juice.
  6. Set aside to cool.
  7. Whip 1 pint heavy cream until thick.
  8. Cut firm fruit gelatin into small cubes and fold into whipped cream.
  9. Fold in juice mixture.
  10. Roll 1 box graham crackers to fine crumbs.
  11. Add 1/4 cup butter and 1/4 cup sugar; mix well.
  12. Press half the crumbs into bottom of buttered pan, reserving spread whipped cream-gelatin mixture over crumbs.
  13. Top with remaining crumbs.
  14. Chill until set.
  15. Cut into squares to serve.
