Sausage And Bean Soup

  1. In 6-quart Dutch oven, cook sausage (medium heat) until it browns.
  2. Drain.
  3. Add olive oil, onion and garlic to sausage.
  4. Saute until tender.
  5. Add remaining ingredients to sausage mixture.
  6. Bring to a boil; reduce heat.
  7. Simmer 25 to 30 minutes.
  8. Stir occasionally.
  9. Serve at once.
  10. Yields about 6 quarts.
