Key Lime Pie Magic Cookie Bars
- 1/2 cups Butter
- 1-1/2 cup Plain Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 12 ounces, fluid White Chocolate Morsels
- 1-1/4 cup Sweetened Flake Coconut
- 1 cup Sliced Almonds
- 14 ounces, fluid Sweetened, Condensed Milk
- 1/2 cups Fresh Or Bottled Key Lime Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Water
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F or 325 degrees F if you're using a glass baking dish.
- Melt butter in a small bowl in the microwave on high for 30 seconds. Combine graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter and place the mixture into a 9" x 12" baking dish, patting the crumb mixture down evenly with your hands.
- Layer the white chocolate chips, coconut, and nuts on top of the graham cracker mix.
- In a small bowl mix the condensed milk, lime juice and water and immediately pour the mixture evenly over the other goodies in your baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is light brown. Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
